Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or business management.
• 12+ years of related experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Program/Project Management.
• Experience leading complex Engineering Programs, Matrixed Teams, EVMS and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals in support of future PGM efforts and develop program plans from capture through production.
• Act as primary point of contact for all functions and manage stakeholder communications.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, PBS/OBS/WBS, and IMS with budget and timeline.
