Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in government contracts or project management.
• Master’s degree with 3 years experience in similar domains.
• Experience leading tasks on schedule and cost as a project lead or IPT lead.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating customer relationships and intimacy to develop further opportunities within the customer community.
• Develop and mentor Junior Program Managers and IPT resources.
• Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and statements of work; monitor progress against baselines.
• Identify, distribute, track, and complete program requirements.
