Qualifications

• 12 years work experience in Program Controls, Program Finance, or Program Management.
• Proven track record managing capital program controls for large-scale business.
• Ability to mentor and train team members.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Program Controls team and improve performance metrics.
• Perform monthly/weekly cost and schedule analyses.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to budgets.
