Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Program Manager to lead New Product Commercialization (NPC) projects within the Product Development organization. You will coordinate design, engineering, CAD and prototyping efforts to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and a business-minded approach to product development, with close interaction across internal teams and external suppliers to meet customer criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Design or Business required.
• Minimum of 7 years in the product development process.
• Minimum of 4 years project management experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Continued education credits or training are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPC project teams and ensure feasibility and manufacturability of new products.
• Direct project planning per NPC guidelines including resource identification and scheduling.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, CAD, prototyping and testing staff.
• Maintain alignment with product strategy and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Communicate across functions and with suppliers to meet customer criteria.
