Job summary

ISPA Technology in Panama City Beach, FL seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a large Navy program focused on expeditionary command-and-control systems. You will supervise software, systems administration, cybersecurity, and fielded systems teams, coordinating with Government customers and governing bodies to ensure mission success.

Ideal candidates bring 9+ years leading complex programs, a solid MIS/IT background, and an active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems or related IT field.
• At least 9 years of experience leading and managing expeditionary C5ISRT software programs.
• Experience with portfolio management, software integration, and software development supporting mission systems and deployable communications.
• Experience with virtualized architectures supporting shore and expeditionary platforms.
• Experience supporting Tactical Shore Platform and C4I Arsenal environments.
• Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution and interface with the Government customer.
• Manage staffing, schedules, priorities, risks, deliverables, and financial performance.
• Build and lead a strong technical team across engineering, cybersecurity, integration, and field-support.
• Collaborate with technical leads to identify risks early and resolve quickly.
• Keep the customer informed with clear, timely updates.
• Ensure 24/7/365 operational coverage and staffing requirements.
• Manage program reporting, labor utilization, travel, Government property, and certifications.
• Maintain professional relationships between contractor and Government personnel.
• Support transition, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning for the long term.
• Align software, cyber, cloud, virtualization, automation, and fielding activities.
