Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• APDP Practitioner-level PM certification required within five years.
• Meet OPM standards for occupational-series qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Sets vision and cadence to track and manage the program.
• Applies acquisition, contracting and finance approaches for agile execution.
• Leads cost estimates and POM inputs; advocates for funding.
• Directs multidisciplinary teams for schedules and milestones.
• Leads contract creation to support program objectives.
• Identifies and communicates risks to leadership.
• Integrates government and contractor efforts internally and externally.
• Provides guidance and promotes team building across stakeholders.
• Fosters team cohesion within and across executing organizations.
