Job summary

Credence in Dayton, Ohio is seeking an Internal Program Manager to support a critical Air Force acquisition Fighter and Bomber Program Office. The role partners with the Program Manager of Record to manage cost, schedule, and performance across government contracts and to coordinate CDRL deliverables.

Requirements include an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree with at least six years of relevant experience (three in DoW), proficiency with Microsoft tools and AI-enabled document

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with ≥6 years relevant experience, including ≥3 years in DoW.
• Experience in DoW Acquisition Program Offices with Government CDRL processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager of Record with cost, schedule, and performance across government contracts.
• Plan, draft, coordinate, track, and execute corporate processes; ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver CDRL and reports on time.
• Prepare and coordinate PMR briefings and supporting documents.
