Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an Internal Program Manager to support a critical Air Force acquisition program at Wright-Patterson AFB. Based in Dayton, Ohio, this full-time role develops program plans, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and ensures timely CDRL deliverables.

The position offers growth toward a direct PM role within the DoD space. The candidate will manage cost/schedule/performance, prepare PMRs, analyze data across systems, and provide funding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with DoD program management and DoW/CDRL processes is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager of Record with cost, schedule and performance of various Government contracts.
• Plan, draft, coordinate, track, and execute corporate processes, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and manage CDRL deliverables and records.
• Consolidate monthly activity reports for multiple contracts and produce compliant, timely CDRL deliverables for Government customers.
• Prepare and coordinate briefings, documents, and presentations; assist in PMR briefings.
• Consolidate and analyze data from tracking systems to create actionable charts for senior management meetings.
• Record contract travel approval documents, draft cost estimates, and provide financial tracking across multiple CLINs.
• Coordinate with financial managers to provide funding status and recommendations; ensure program execution.
• Manage internal and external suspense tasks and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Gather and synthesize information from various areas to create clear reports for leadership decisions.
