Alkegen seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and governance of multiple strategic initiatives across our global operations. You will drive objectives, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation with cross-functional teams and executive visibility.

The role requires 5+ years in program management with leadership experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills. Travel ~25% to Detroit Metro and Buffalo sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required, Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in Program Management with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional programs from concept to execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer locations and R&D/manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of multiple strategic programs and initiatives.
• Establish objectives, milestones, dependencies, and risk plans.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams for business outcomes.
• Monitor program health and report to executives.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and manage a team of program managers.
• Set performance goals and provide ongoing feedback and development.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage portfolios and prioritize initiatives by value and resources.
• Build strong relationships with executives and cross-functional partners.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve escalations.
• Ensure clear communication of objectives, progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
• Proactively identify risks and resource constraints.
• Ensure adherence to policies and best practices.
• Drive adoption of PM methodologies and tools.
• Develop scalable processes and lead continuous improvement.
