About the Position

Position is for a Lead Program Manager for Human Resources Command (HRC, The Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), Operations Support Division, and assists the day-to-day administration and management of activities, workload, and suspense's, at Fort Knox, Kentucky.

Specialized Experience

One-year of specialized experience which includes: Applying management and organizational principles and practices sufficient to provide direction, guidance, and assistance; Using qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of programs; Using principles, methods, and tools to manage programs, to include oversight of multiple projects and integrating schedules and deliverables. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

Time in Grade Requirement

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). Please be clear and specific when describing your experience. We are unable to make assumptions about your experience.
