Job summary

Chrysalis of Ogden, UT seeks an Associate Director to support the Area Director, oversee program managers, and maintain a high level of quality across the program.

Coordination with schools, state workers, families, therapists, courts and residential providers is essential to helping individuals gain greater independence while applying the Chrysalis Values: Respect, Safety, Fun, Mentoring and Accountability.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the disability field.
• Capable of communicating well in verbal and written form.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills; ability to prioritize work and complete program documentation accurately.
• Good public relations skills with outside professionals and state employees.
• Ability to manage personnel and program issues and continually improve quality and profitability of the program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the managers of the programs and assist the Area Director.
• Coordinate between the school, state workers, family, therapist, court and residential placement.
• Ensure all Chrysalis positions provide appropriate support to help individuals gain greater independence.
