Achievers USA is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor in Responsible Charge (PLSIRC) to lead surveying projects across South Carolina and Georgia. You will oversee planning, fieldwork, QA/QC, and client communication, while guiding a team of crews and technicians.

This leadership role demands strong business sense, risk management, and the ability to build relationships with clients and staff. You will drive project profitability within a growing organization and contribute to standards

Qualifications

• Hold an active Professional Land Surveyor license in South Carolina and/or Georgia, or can obtain licensure via comity.
• Take professional responsibility seriously.
• Seek ownership over project outcomes and client service.

Responsabilités

• Exercise professional responsible charge over assigned surveying projects.
• Lead projects from authorization through planning, fieldwork, production, QA/QC, delivery, billing and closeout.
• Direct and develop field crews and technical team members.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, WIP, and profitability.
• Build trusted client relationships and represent the company professionally.
• Coordinate resources with Operations Manager.
• Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable for execution.
• Review and approve work per applicable laws, standards and company requirements.
• Identify risks early and resolve them.
• Mentor the next generation of survey technicians and leaders.
• Contribute to development of company standards and surveying practice.
