Job summary

• Active PLS license in Indiana or other state with comity eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of professional land surveying experience.
• Degree in Surveying/Geomatics/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of boundary surveying and legal descriptions.
• Experience with ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic and construction surveys.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Carlson.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee land surveying projects from planning to deliverables.
• Perform and review boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, construction surveys.
• Research deeds, plats, easements, property records, and legal descriptions.
• Review field data, survey calculations, and drawings for accuracy.
• Prepare and review survey plats, legal descriptions, and related documents.
• Provide technical direction to field crews and surveying personnel.
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs, clients and other professionals.
• Ensure compliance with surveying standards and state requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain schedules and deadlines.
