Job summary

Oy Medix Biochemica Ab is seeking a Production Technician Level II to join the Manufacturing Department in Missouri. You will complete daily production requirements while maintaining high quality, following SOPs for protein purification and buffer preparation.

The role includes leading Level I technicians and assisting the Supervisor/Manager with planning and obtaining supplies. The position requires at least 5 years of protein purification experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with protein purification, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or GED; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Prepares initial protein extracts following standard operating and quality procedures.
• Lifts and carries required production equipment and materials throughout work areas.
• Prepares buffers following standard operating and quality procedures.
• Cleans and maintains equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Leads teams on preps as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
