Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years related experience or an associate degree with 0–2 years related experience.
• Proficiency with general lab equipment and safety protocols.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate autoclave, labware washer, and hand wash labware per protocols.
• Prepare labware for sterilization and schedule/autoclave use.
• Harvest and concentrate conditioned media for product purification in cGMP context.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; manage inventory and materials.
• Document laboratory methods and ensure cleanliness of work areas.
