PTS Diagnostics in Whitestown, IN, is seeking a Lead Production Technician to oversee multiple manufacturing processes, ensure quality and safety, and train teammates in proper work instructions. The role requires documenting processes and supervising production to meet schedule and efficiency targets.

The successful candidate will have GMP/GDP familiarity, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to train others across equipment and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience in medical device/pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• GMP and GDP familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Monitor production to meet production volume, quality levels, and schedule.
• Prepare and assemble product according to established work instructions.
• Train others on manufacturing equipment and WIs.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Complete accurate production paperwork (start/end times, units produced, batch records).
• Assist in process improvements and equipment set-up.
