PTS Diagnostics in Whitestown, IN is seeking a Production Technician I to perform duties across manufacturing operations. The role follows specific work instructions for assembling products, documents the process for safety and quality, and ensures regulatory compliance of PTS products.

The incumbent will operate basic equipment, participate in quality inspections, and collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production area is safe and has inventories and tools to keep production running.
• Complete daily tasks to meet production volume, quality levels, and schedule.
• Prepare and assemble product according to work instructions.
• Apply company policies and work instructions to complete assignments.
• Treat peers and supervisors with respect.
• Be a team member in the assembly of PTS products.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment.
• Support operation of complex manufacturing equipment when directed.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products for quality and adherence to PTS specifications.
• Move between workstations within department as directed by supervisor.
• Verify materials to be used as issued to work orders.
• Understand production goals and equipment yield to meet production schedule.
• Perform the assigned process step with awareness of previous and next steps.
• Notify a Tech III or Lead when assistance is needed.
• Provide feedback and updates on production metrics.
• Support basic paperwork and forms as needed for production.
• Learn and apply lessons from training and verbal instruction.
