Job summary

Quva is seeking a Lead Production Technician - ILP for its Sugar Land, TX site. You will oversee CSP labeling, packaging and non-sterile solutions operations, while coordinating staff, line controls, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, training capability and a focus on continuous improvement. The position is 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM) on-site with safety and GMP requirements; color/vision tests and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED from recognized institution or organization required.
• 1+ years' pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or labeling and/or packaging experience.
• Train the trainer qualified.
• Color perception exam and passing result required.
• Vision exam and 20/20 vision with or without correction.
• Ability to work competently on all lines.
• 18+ years of age.
• Pass drug and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inspection, labeling and packaging operations including scheduling and processing.
• Acts as SME for cross-functional project teams and supports weekly ILP plans.
• Ensures inventory of labels and materials; coordinates line targets.
• Conducts training, coaching and maintains required documentation.
• Prepares daily departmental metrics for end of shift.
• Maintains proper cleaning and adherence to procedures.
• Escalates non-routine incidents and supports process improvements.
