Job summary

Quva is seeking a Lead Production Technician – ILP for our Sugar Land, TX site. You will oversee CSP and non-sterile packaging, coordinate staffing and daily line activities, and ensure compliance with GMP and internal procedures.

This role emphasizes training, documentation, and continuous improvement in a healthcare manufacturing setting. The position is full-time on site with a consistent overnight schedule and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for manufacturing roles.
• Train-the-trainer qualification is preferred.
• Able to pass color and vision tests where required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inspection, labeling and packaging operations for CSPs and non-sterile solutions.
• Coordinates daily schedules, staffing and line controls for production.
• Keeps accurate documentation and batch records in a timely manner.
• Supports training of new operators and coaching of team members.
• Drives continuous improvement and communicates with multiple departments.
