Responsabilidades

• Contributes to forecasts and owns daily/weekly output and quality targets.
• Manages team performance, motivation and satisfaction to meet targets.
• Oversees training and skill development of staff for multi-skilled capability.
• Ensures timely, consistent first-level disciplinary actions when needed.
• Controls operating expenditures such as scrap and consumables.
• Leads effective cross-functional communication with internal/external customers.
