Job summary

Qualifications

• Combination of relevant education and manufacturing experience.
• 5 - 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing production processes and equipment use.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, operator manuals, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily activities across assigned production areas; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Maintain on-time delivery by prioritizing work and developing recovery plans for disruptions.
• Enforce safety rules, drive 6S, and ensure compliance with standards and audits.
• Track performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity) and drive improvements.
• Plan staffing and coordinate resources; assist with maintenance resolutions; ensure proper use of equipment.
• Collaborate with operations management, planning, engineering, and quality to align priorities.
