Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical/mechanical manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory and/or Lead Person experience.
• High school diploma or trade school equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills.
• Strong teamwork, communication and decision making skills.
• Proven ability to manage changing and multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated interest and ability in developing a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and leadership to direct reports through attitude, action, and superior communication.
• Organize and assign work tasks to personnel in order to meet production goals.
• Ensure products meet designed quality specifications and achieve quality goals.
• Meet production schedule within assigned budget.
• Interface with Engineering as required to troubleshoot inaccuracies or design challenges.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment.
• Provide feedback and written and oral performance reviews for all assigned personnel.
• Provide support to Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality through process control activities and testing.
