Job summary

Columbia Tech in Westborough, MA, is seeking a manufacturing supervisor with strong electrical and mechanical experience. You will train and lead direct reports, organize tasks to hit production goals, and ensure products meet quality specs while adhering to schedules and budgets.

Interface with Engineering to troubleshoot design challenges, maintain a safe workplace, and provide performance feedback. Requires 5+ years EM manufacturing and supervisory experience; HS diploma or higher preferred;

Qualifications

• Strong electrical/mechanical background with 5+ years of E/M manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory or lead-person experience.
• Minimum of high school diploma, Associates Degree or trade school equivalent is a plus.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong teamwork, communication and decision making skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage changing and multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated interest and ability in developing a manufacturing team.

Salary Range: $28 - $31/hour (Salary commensurate with experience)
