Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a Production Foreman to oversee daily fabrication operations at the Sacramento area facility. You will assign tasks, monitor safety practices, and ensure work complies with quality standards and timelines.

The role requires hands-on supervision and strong communication with shop staff and management. Ideal candidates will have a background in construction or trades, experience managing crews, and a record of maintaining safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Knowledge of safe operation procedures and PPE policies.
• Ability to read cut sheets, drawings, and plan layouts.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule fabrication assignments and daily team tasks.
• Ensure work meets quality, productivity, and safety specs.
• Review production schedules with supervisors and shop staff.
• Lead the Prefab team meeting and communicate results to management.
• Monitor inventory and materials flow to minimize waste.
