Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team responsible for hand assembly of high-end sensors. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency in a high-precision environment, demanding hands-on leadership and strong standard practices.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a supervisor in manufacturing, with experience in hand assembly, soldering, and SAP/ERP systems. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisor or lead experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Experience with high-precision hand assembly and small parts.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of assembly technicians in high-end sensor hand assembly.
• Plan daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with QA and Engineering to ensure smooth operations and recovery plans.
