Job summary

Tekni-Plex is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for our Lawrenceville, GA plant. The role focuses on leading a 15–20 person team to meet safety, quality and production targets in an automated environment.

The shift runs from 5:45am to 6pm, with a 2/2/3/2/2/3 cycle. Candidates should have supervisory experience in manufacturing and a strong ability to train, motivate and communicate across levels.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing is required.
• Ability to lead safety, quality and production objectives.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Ability to analyze problems and collect data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ~15–20 employees to achieve safety, quality and production objectives.
• Plan and allocate labor, train, motivate, and escalate issues on the floor.
• Develop continuous improvement ideas to enhance operations.
• Champion a safety-first culture and high-quality standards.
• Hire, develop and retain strong operators; recognize high performers.
