Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a data‑driven Production Supervisor for our Las Vegas, NV facility. You will supervise the 1st shift production team, deliver regular feedback, and mentor 15+ hourly employees in a fast‑paced environment.

Report to the Production Manager and drive throughput while maintaining safety standards. The role requires 3+ years of work experience with at least 12 months in a leadership role in production, plus strong communication and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing a team or project.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 15+ hourly employees in a manufacturing department.
• Mentor team through one‑on‑ones and quarterly check‑ins.
• Communicate daily production goals and metrics; drive throughput.
• Ensure safety practices and train staff on job‑specific procedures.
• Partner with Production Manager to identify growth opportunities for associates.
• Lead by example; coach and promote accountability.
• Direct associates to support other departments when needed.
• Drive production to meet or exceed goals.
• Monitor breakage and provide timely feedback.
