Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production operators to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Train and develop production staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
• Fulfill Emergency Response Team roles and Life Safety Critical Permit Issuer.
