Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly production personnel in metal fabrication.
• Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes with regulatory awareness.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and direct manufacturing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily assignments of hourly personnel to meet schedules and cycle times.
• Onboard and train new hires and provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure department compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Provide performance feedback and develop training plans for staff.
• Coordinate with Materials, Engineering, Sales Admin, and Product Management to resolve issues.
• Maintain equipment and tooling; participate in daily management meetings and audits.
• Prioritize workload and communicate deadlines; enforce environmental, health and safety policies.
