Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead and empower engineering talent, processes, and systems in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on coaching, collaboration across value streams, and delivering innovative, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions aligned with customer needs.

Responsibilities include mentoring teams, guiding tool builds, coordinating validation with customers, and driving capital planning while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum five years supervisory or management experience.
• Twelve years’ experience in ISO medium or high-volume high-tech contract manufacturing.
• Experience in development and implementation of new products, manufacturing processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Engineering and Production Teams with technical knowledge.
• Provides technical information to Tooling Engineering for new tool builds moving to Production.
• Manages and facilitates customer requirements for validation activities.
• Coordinates the resources of the Engineering department with QA/QC.
• Identifies constraints in production processes and proposes viable manufacturing solutions.
• Develops and delivers engineering presentations and price quotes.
