Job summary

Resonetics in the United States (New Hampshire area) seeks a hands-on Team Leader to assist the Production Supervisor and operate laser equipment within a defined workstation. You will coordinate work, ensure procedures are followed, perform quality checks and mentor frontline staff.

The ideal candidate has production experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, and will move finished goods, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare documents, production sheets, and reports for customers.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and share information with the workstation.
• Motivate and assign tasks to production team members based on capabilities.
• Communicate issues to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Oversee quality and throughput goals and report results to the team.
