Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with ISO, AS9100, and ITAR procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Develop and execute daily production schedules.
• Coach and develop production staff; manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality systems.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Sales.
• Manage attendance and staffing to meet deadlines.
• Report on production results and metrics.
