Job summary

Aerotek in Windsor, Colorado is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and oversee a team of 15-30 employees. This role focuses on safety, quality, productivity and performance while driving continuous improvement.

The position is contract-to-hire with a rotating 12-hour day or night schedule. Associates degree required; experience supervising 20+ and knowledge of Lean and 5S are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Experience supervising teams of 20+ employees preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop production employees and team leads.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Coach employees, manage performance, and promote accountability.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and other departments.
• Monitor staffing, workloads, and production schedules.
