Job summary

Daikin Comfort in Texas seeks a results-driven supervisor to lead production lines, train and mentor staff, and uphold safety and quality standards in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly while meeting production demands and company policies.

Responsibilities include assigning work, coordinating maintenance requests, generating production and quality reports, and applying Lean tools to reduce waste and boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing
• 2+ years in leadership role
• HS diploma or GED; Associates preferred
• PDS/FMS Certification is a plus
• Knowledge of production systems and lean principles

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities.
• Set priorities and ensure task completion.
• Conduct safety, quality, and process audits; generate reports.
• Provide work assignments and communicate demands to staff.
• Maintain high employee morale and enforce policies.
