Daikin Comfort is seeking a Coils Supervisor to oversee the production of air conditioning coils, ensuring daily schedules are met while maintaining safety, cost and quality targets. You will lead a team, implement SOPs, monitor quality controls, and collaborate with planning to optimize resources, reducing waste and downtime.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing, preferably HVAC, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• HVAC industry or related field preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse production workforce.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coil manufacturing processes including assembly, brazing, testing, and packaging.
• Monitor safety, quality, and efficiency to meet standards.
• Assign tasks and train production workers.
• Implement SOPs and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with planning to develop schedules.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive productivity improvements.
