Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2–5 years experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading or supervising hourly production employees.
• Knowledge of manufacturing best practices, safety requirements, inventory systems, quality systems, and ERP applications with strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules while maintaining safety and cost standards.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and resources to optimize workflow and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff through training, performance management, and onboarding support.
• Oversee safe production practices, proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials, and safety investigations.
