Job summary

Medline Renewal is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a dynamic environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement and safety. You will ensure timely production of finished goods and maintain inventory integrity while supporting on-time delivery to healthcare providers.

Required SAP and Catalyst experience with at least 2 years of production experience and proven people-management skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years production experience.
Experience as department lead or supervisor is a plus.
At least 1 year of people management experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate product processing.
Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling and coordinate resources to minimize backorders; ensure overall quality of items produced.
Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet production schedules and service levels.
Create all needed paperwork, ensure regulatory compliance, and electronically receive finished goods.
Ensure inventory integrity for components and finished products.
Communicate with product divisions on backordered or substitute items.
Act as back-up on/for production equipment, material handling and warehouse.
Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, communication, training and performance management.
