Job summary

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will implement continuous improvement initiatives, manage staffing plans, and ensure accurate production tracking and cost control. A strong candidate will have 3+ years in manufacturing supervision and a valid high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred and beneficial.
• 3+ years of technical leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and MS Excel/Word is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise daily/weekly production for Graining, Finishing, and Packaging.
• Direct 12-15 production employees and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Fabrication, Digital/CNC, and Sample departments to meet priorities.
• Monitor safety and compliance; lead training and corrective actions as needed.
• Support cost control, inventory accuracy, and performance reporting.
