Job summary

CrewBoss in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team producing life-saving PPE. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You’ll drive Lean/CI initiatives, monitor performance, and coordinate with Sales, HR, and Operations to meet customer commitments while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of front-line supervisory experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using MRP/ERP systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals.
• Plan and assign daily work to align with production schedules and customer commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and other methodologies.
• Monitor production performance metrics and report results to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards, NFPA, and safety practices.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training; manage timecards and payroll-related tasks.
