Qualifications

• AA degree or technical certificate required.
• 3–5 years fabrication/production experience, aluminum preferred.
• 2+ years in a leadership role in construction or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to weld aluminum products.

• Ensure on-time and efficient delivery of quality products.
• Continuously monitor and improve production processes for efficiency and safety.
• Plan and implement work schedules to meet production timelines.
• Provide guidance for production team and address disciplinary needs.
• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
• Hire and train new production employees and set team goals.
• Ensure safe use of shop equipment and perform coaching.
• Report performance of the team to management monthly.
