Karman Space and Defense is seeking a Production Supervisor in Gulfport, MS, to lead daily manufacturing operations for advanced composite structures. You will guide employee performance, coordinate workflow, and ensure schedule, quality, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, recruiting, cross-training, and maintaining process documentation, while protecting a positive, high‑performance work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and performance targets.
• Coach and mentor employees to build skills and support growth.
• Recruit and interview candidates and participate in talent acquisition activities.
• Execute cross-training strategies to expand team capabilities and meet production requirements.
• Provide performance feedback and ensure timely completion of reviews.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Organize and monitor workflow, track budgeted hours, adjust priorities as needed.
• Resolve production issues, evaluate product decisions, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Coordinate project needs and status updates with other departments.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing process instructions (MIPs) and oversee redlines.
