This role is part of our Maritime Defense Systems business, which delivers integrated solutions with decades of proven performance across submarine, surface, and autonomous naval platforms supporting high-priority national defense programs. The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations for advanced composite structures by guiding employee performance, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production activities meet schedule, quality, and safety standards. This role strengthens team capability through coaching, cross-training, and clear communication while resolving production issues and maintaining accurate process documentation. The supervisor plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting a positive, high‑performance team environment.
