Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience managing time and attendance.
• Experience leading safety meetings.
• Ability to mentor employees and support individual growth.
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with willingness to assist directly when needed.
• Ability to ask questions, take ownership, and seek guidance when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and performance targets.
• Coaches and mentors employees to build skills, support growth, and address performance needs.
• Recruits and interviews candidates and participates in talent acquisition activities.
• Executes cross-training strategies to expand team capabilities and meet production requirements.
• Provides performance feedback and ensures timely completion of reviews.
• Enforces company policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Organizes and monitors workflow, tracks budgeted hours, and adjusts priorities as needed.
• Resolves production issues, evaluates product decisions, and escalates concerns when appropriate.
• Coordinates project needs and status updates with other departments.
• Maintains accurate manufacturing process instructions (MIPs) and oversees required redlines.
