Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills; ability to coach, train, and mentor all levels.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, turn or twist, push, and talk or hear.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as well as off-shift as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are followed and investigate safety issues.
• Provide direction to production team to meet metrics.
• Monitor staffing and adjust daily to meet goals.
• Perform routine line checks to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain 5S, PQCDSM, KPI standards and quality measures.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment running at optimal levels.
