Job summary

Fagron US is seeking a Production Pharmacist in Massachusetts to oversee aseptic manufacturing in ISO 5/ISO 7 environments. You will work with room supervisors and senior technicians to ensure GMP compliance and product quality.

You will lead gowning, media fill qualification, and floor coaching, while upholding SOPs, batch records, and training programs to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduated from accredited college of pharmacy
• Licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts; other states a plus
• Experience in regulated/GMP environment is a plus
• Experience in leadership roles (Shift/Group Leader) or demonstrated leadership abilities
• Strong aseptic technique and cleanroom behavior knowledge
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team and work independently with initiative
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

• Oversee aseptic preparation of materials and manual filling in ISO 5/ISO 7 environments
• Pass gowning qualification and media fill testing; maintain qualification
• Lead on-the-floor production leadership and coach technicians
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, batch records, and HR policies
• Support process improvements and scale-up initiatives
• Monitor training and bi-annual procedure reviews
• Maintain production schedules and drive Right First Time (RFT) results
