Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in Massachusetts; other licenses a plus.
• Experience in GMP or regulated environments is a plus.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong aseptic technique and cleanroom behavior.
• Excellent math, problem-solving and sound judgement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a production team and train technicians.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Pass gowning qualification for ISO 7 cleanrooms and maintain it.
• Assist with ISO 5 VLFH tasks as required.
• Oversee cleanroom activities including aseptic reconstitution, pooling and dilution of drug products, and manual aseptic filling.
• Lead operators, troubleshoot production concerns, and communicate with management.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, batch records, and HR policies.
• Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing errors and completing corrections quickly.
• Review and maintain adherence to manufacturing schedules.
• Track employee training to ensure compliance.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership and coaching to the production team.
• Support process improvements and scale-up initiatives within the department.
• Obtain and retain additional state licenses as required.
