Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Production Operator, Machine Operator to operate the production line, ensuring safety and quality while supporting efficient workflow in the facility.

You will set up and monitor equipment, weigh ingredients, record data, and operate warehouse equipment like forklifts. Competitive base pay with shift differentials and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.
• Manufacturing/process experience; forklift certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to produce products according to specs and quality standards.
• Monitor weights and operating specifications; perform adjustments as needed.
• Weigh and prepare ingredients per production schedules and instructions.
• Measure and handle ingredients following safety and quality standards.
• Transfer raw materials or finished products within the facility.
• Prepare packaging, label containers, and palletize products.
• Keep accurate records in written and electronic formats.
• Operate warehouse equipment including lift trucks and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Perform additional duties as required.
