Job summary

Quva is seeking a Lead Production Technician in Bloomsbury, NJ to oversee inspection, labeling and packaging of CSPs, bulk bags and non‑sterile solutions on a 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). The role requires driving staff planning, scheduling, and daily execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED; drug and background check required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the full shift.
• At least 1 year of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; Quva does not sponsor work visas.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inspection, labeling and packaging for CSPs, bulk bags and non‑sterile solutions.
• Plans, schedules, staffs and executes daily activities; trains new operators.
• Acts as SME for cross‑functional project teams with Quality, Sterile Operations, Process Development and Supply Chain.
• Maintains label inventory and supports production targets.
• Ensures proper cleaning of processing rooms and operation of equipment, per procedures.
• Escalates non‑routine incidents to supervision and reports progress as needed.
