Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members
• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift
• Ensure machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively report issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians
• Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians
• Continue education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves
• Assist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift
• Maintain full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and remove non‑used materials away from the machines
• Assume shift leadership and ensure all operations run smoothly if Supervisor is away or on vacation
