Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company in Conway, Arkansas is seeking a dependable shift operator lead for the Third shift to supervise Operators and Single Serve teammates, ensure peak machine performance, and maintain accurate downtime and production data.

You will collect daily shift data, train teammates, coordinate with Material Handlers for materials, and step in as shift leader when the supervisor is away to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members.
• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift.
• Ensure machines run at peak performance and report issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians.
• Record downtime and machinery adjustments and share with Maintenance Technicians.
• Lead shift in Supervisor's absence to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Assist with breaks and lunches to maintain machine uptime during full production shift.
• Coordinate with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine.
• Provide ongoing education on equipment when opportunities present themselves.

• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift
• Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians
• Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians
• Responsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves
• Assist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift
• Ensure full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machines
• If Supervisor is away or on vacation this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothly
